Commemorative Wine Collection

50th anniversary sparkling wine

Created for their golden anniversary, the 2016 Blanc de Noir is crafted in a variation on the classic style with the addition of Pinot Gris to the traditional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay varietals. Aromatic notes of Braeburn apple and warm brioche combine with a delicate effervescence to create a lively and refined sparkling. Crisp and balanced acidity on the finish. $90, 750ml
50th Anniversary Commemorative Magnum
Engraved, numbered and signed by winemakers Katie Madigan and Chris Louton, the limited-edition 2016 Lagomarsino Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum (1.5L) is an exemplary bottling of the winery’s focus on estate winemaking. In keeping with a 50th theme, only 50 bottles of this full-bodied Cabernet were produced. Rich aromas of black raspberry, aged balsamic and chocolate-covered espresso beans lead to decadent notes of bittersweet chocolate and ripe fig. Layered with cassis, roasted sage and sandalwood, the wine culminates in a long finish of ripe dark fruit and elegant tannins.
