Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. Announces Poultry License Receivership and Shareholder Update

/EIN News/ — Nashville, TN, Sept. 19, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — via NewMediaWire — Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc. (OTC PINK: SMEV): Nitro Holdings LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMEV, was granted a poultry exemption of 20,000 per year, allowing it to fully increase its production of crossbreed chickens Cornish and other poultry products. After passing inspections in the first week of September 2022, we are now ready to ramp up production of our poultry products and can sell our products throughout North Carolina. As we stated earlier, Cornish Cross Chickens are a hybrid chicken derived from Cornish hens and White Rock chickens. They grow faster than many other chicken breeds and are ideal to use for broilers due to their size. These fast-growing chickens go from chick to adult (5-8 pounds) in just 6-9 weeks, which will allow us to replenish inventory faster.

Since our chickens are raised on pasture, feeding only on grains and grasses, we use mobile feeders, called chicken tractors, which keep the small flocks of chickens contained while allowing them to feed on the pasture. To accommodate the larger amount of chickens we will now be raising, we have added several additional new chicken tractors which are constructed with PVC pipes instead of wood like the original ones. Changing materials allows easier movement of tractors to a new location, improving our overall efficiency. We are now equipped to have up to 600 birds feeding in the field at one time and all tractors are at full capacity and in the fields at this time.

We also have 200 new chicks in the grow boxes feeding on grain until they are big enough to move to the fields.

Our first mature chickens will be on the market by the time you read this with 60% of our current stock already pre-sold at just $3 a pound. Like our crayfish, we have received great interest and feedback for our chickens.

The new license will also allow us to purchase our chicks and other supplies in bulk, which will significantly reduce our operating costs, which in turn will increase our profits on all of our poultry products.

By further expanding our range of poultry products, we have added laying hens to our flocks. They will be reared quite naturally like our Cornish Cross chickens. The first 100 layers are expected to produce eggs by the end of the year, when they will go to market. We’ve pre-sold over 25% so far.

We are also further diversifying our product line with the addition of turkeys. Like all of our other poultry, our turkeys are fed completely naturally, fed grains and grasses. Our first 30 are progressing well and have all been pre-sold! We expect another 50-100 poults to be delivered to us in the coming weeks.

We are also continuing to prepare for next year’s crayfish harvest. We have a pond completely ready and filled with water. We also have three other ponds cleaned and planted with sorghum and will fill them over the next few weeks. The remaining three ponds are being prepared for planting. We expect a tremendous harvest in the coming season, which starts in less than 6 months. With all the proper planning and preparation we are doing ahead of next season, we are expecting a great crayfish season in 2023!

We continue to seek larger buyers and other farms to work with us to develop locally grown produce from this region.
